- Jim brings 37 years of security experience backed by a degree in criminal justice. As one of the founders, Jim takes a hands-on approach to building a solid reputation for Champion National Security, Inc. His guidance over the years has taken the company from a locally successful guard contractor to one of the top security firms in the United States. Jim’s marketing savvy and ability to find security solutions that exceed client expectations has been instrumental in building one of the most progressive security contractors in the nation.
- Jason came to Champion with 10+ years of business leadership as well as tech startup success. His experience ranges from Fortune 50 enterprise to medium-sized manufacturing to founding and running his own small technology company. He is constantly improving Champion’s internal culture, efficiency, technology, branding, sales, and strategic efforts.
- Bill has applied 20 years of technology and private security experience to constantly redefine the processes and procedures that separate Champion service delivery from the competition. During his 15 years at Champion, Bill’s ability to manage company and client business needs from guard execution to strategic planning and program development has enabled continuous focus on our valued Champion clients while scaling for rapid national growth.
- With over 14 years of experience in sales and management, Bobby comes to Champion as our VP of Business Development and has played a vital role in our national expansion. He is also a military Veteran with a secret clearance and led 170 personnel in training, certifications, security, and flight deck operations (CVN-68).
